    Hi all,
    Looking for some info on 50 convertibles in regards to ride, known issues, etc. I'm looking at one with 820 mans, just serviced. The boat needs a little tlc in the cockpit, but is overall very clean. Haven't gotten to the seatrial/survey point yet.

    I ran a 2001 a couple of times. The boat had a nice layout. It had a hardtop only and it seemed to rock and roll a lot while drifting. Aside from that the boat ran like a raped ape. It cruised at 37 knots at 1950 rpms with the 1050hp mans. It had a nice stateroom and cockpit layout and ran fairly well at cruise.
