   Just finished reading an article in the August issue of PMY which states that Christensen has just purchased 50 acres of land in Knoxville and will be building composite yachts from 165 to 225 feet. The first will be a 175 footer with a 34 foot beam called Nice n Easy. The second will be the newest Liquidity at 186 feet.

   It looks like more builders are heading for the hills. I made mention that Christensen is doing the same in this thread... "Boat Builders Fleeing Florida".
