    should I buy a 1990 34ft silverton??

    Looks like I may be jumping from a 2452 Bayliner to a 1990 34ft silverton? I took it on sea trial yesterday and it seemed to be just fine. The water was very smooth but in the San Juans and Canadian Gulf Islands this is only fairly common. Anybody know how this will handle in a 4-5 ft following or broadside sea?

    Also, is there anything I should know about the 34ft silverton before I make the leap?

    I have a copy of a drydock survey done last October and it appears solid.

    Welcome to YF Corky. I'd take it over a newer one and certainly over the Bayliner. She won't be a fast boat (17-19 kts. I'd expect). Fairly solid boat with a good ride.
