Compass Charters, LLC based out of Fort Lauderdale is seeking a energetic first mate to assist with Charter and Personal Travel Expeditions on our 64’ Jefferson Pilot House & 86’ Pacific Mariner. Our ideal candidate will have a "Chartering Wine & Dine Attitude", bring a minimum of 1 year chartering experience, possess strong administrative skill sets (MS Word & MS Excel), be detailed minded and have completed FTCW 95 course. Candidates with scuba/diving, culinary and/or travel industry background are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be willing to travel/reside in variety of ports based on seasons (Milwaukee, WI & Fort Lauderdale), eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
