Lately the non-metallic seacocks became very popular in the area I am sailing (Greece).
The most popular, by far, brand is a NewZealand company TruDesign.
They claim they meet ISO 9093-2.
I want to point out decisively that I have no interest in this company except for considering it's products for replacing old sea-cocks on my boat.
I have no experience and knowledge on this type of products and I'll appricate the forums members opinions about it.
    thanks
    Nahum

I prefer bronze. Bronze shows you when there is an issue with them before they break. Usually when they break it's a small piece. The Marelon, I've seen simply snap right off when they get old. Now it's rare, but I've seen it twice.

I've had bad luck with composite handles on a few vendor cocks.
Never been around a TruDesign unit but on the website, the handles look flimsy also.

I raised heck to Forespar once, they pointed me to the tag that is attached to the cock and all their other install pubs. Operate cock monthly and use their grease.

    I stay with bronze..
