Robin! To the BatBoat!
That is a DUK-W modified.
Good reading on this WIKI site.
Another deadly duck boat...Just say No..
Yeah, if you think a duk boat with curtains is hard to exit in an emergency, imagine THAT turd going under.......
I think this thing is worse than a carver mariner...
I think it may be worse than anything else in the rogues thread!
Island Pilot IP535 in case anyone is wondering.
I was really hoping you were going to say someone built it on a salvage hull in their driveway. At least that's a valued excuse for the end result.
Holy cow, I thought someone built their own home made cabin on a production hull !!
I think we have a winner! Anyone want to go back thru the 200+ boats posted to this thread and choose a few runner-ups? Might be time for this thread to go rogue on the front page!
Looks like Sabre that's had one too many Viagra.
In looking it up, Island Pilot 53 with IPS900 was designed in 2010 and first U S delivery in 2011 from China.
No word on the second build.
They made similar smaller models. I found a few on Yacht Wired from 2006 at 39' with Volvo Stern drives.
Were to be built with better materials, fit & finish.
It looks a lil top heavy but I don't think it's that fugly.
Anybody seen my lil work boats lately? They are ugly...
Truly hideous, but let's agree: lot's of room onboard. Mama loves room.
Basically, a houseboat?
Lol... this thing is so ugly it doesn’t make them look good
Even the dolphin is running away!
Mercy! Is that a water slid on the bow?
That thing, or a sister-thing is docked in my neighborhood, at a dock that belongs to the owners of a high-end waterfront seafood joint on the ICW where lunch and a few drinks will set you back $150.
Taking Odin out tomorrow, will shoot a picture and compare..
What would/could you call that color?
