problems connecting shore water to 1995 Viking Sportyacht

    When connecting to the fresh water intake at the stern of our boat, nothing happens. What are the steps to make it operational?

    US West Coast. Cruise NW Passage to Alaska.
    There's probably a valve between the intake and the system.

    The inlet valve/regulator is most likely frozen from a lack of use. They're cheap so I'd just replace it.
