    The Great Lakes Pilot Association as of July 1/11 have changed regulation on pilots for St. Lawrence Seaway.
    Any foreign flagged or US flagged yacht over 35 M will require pilots for the St. Lawrence Seaway.
    Canadian flagged yacht greater than 1500 Tons will require a pilot.
    US flagged yachts over 35 M will need pilots for the Welland Canal and from St.Lambert to Snell lock in the Montreal section of Seaway.
