A new owner has taken over the 45-meter sailing sloop that was built in 2011 as "Clan VIII". The new name is now "Serendipity". Naval Architecture of the vessel was penned by Ron Holland with both the exterior and interior done in-house by Perini Navi. Interior accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins.
