Part Time So Cal Boat Cook

    Hello my name is Jay Schultz. I am a swimming pool contractor in the desert looking to cook on some yacht boat trips part time as needed in the summer. I can cook most anything and am able to improvise with whats in front of me. I am not a professional cook, but have feed many a people. I like cooking whole foods with basic ingredients. I also am a good person to have on board with experience in electrical, diesel, hydraulics and mechanical issues. Would prefer offshore trips from San Diego 1 to 5 days. If needed I can bring all the food down with me.
