    Looks like he ran up between Deer Island and the light. No excuse for that. Or maybe he wanted to get the folks a closer look at the sewage treatment plant.

    How do you do that with your eyes open? Easy stretch of water. Any word of mechanical problems? Cap may have some explaining to do.

    Rocks pop up everywhere. Especially when you're out of the channel. The photo below was taken by me off St. Thomas a few years ago.
