Always interested in these massive refits. Wonder how much more economical and value is added doing this versus a new build.

The main advantage is the time savings really vs having to wait for a build slot of a new build and then the actual design and build phase.

Well she has been there since 2019 I believe so not much of a time phase and something so extensive was probably somewhat similar in the design phase as well and still need a yard to put it in. It’s probably a bit quicker and a bit cheaper (well, guess it could be more so and if it’s worth it to the owner then it’s worth it) so maybe that makes it worth it.

She's missing her third screw. Guess she's not hitting 25 knots any more.

Some fantastic views of "H3". While "Seven Seas" went back into the shed.

Stunning. One of the most amazing refits I've ever seen. They must have spent a fortune. Love everything except the passageway 'tv monitor' pictured above. Seems kinda...gimmicky. I'd like to see the deckplans just to know why there's a passageway like that on that part of the ship. Everything else is simply spectacular.

edit: I wonder if those are the outside tender compartments.

I thought it was like €90m. I think it should be viewed more akin to a new build than a refit.
