  1. 'Project Caribbean' By Jarrett Bay Boatworks
'Project Caribbean' is a near 69-foot sportfisher yacht currently under construction by Jarrett Bay Boatworks. The yacht actually has an LOA of 68.8-feet and a beam of 19.6-feet along with a draft of only 5.4-feet. The yacht is progressing well through build with the hull having been completed and being fitted out according to construction photos by the yard. The superstructure main deck has also been largely finished and photos showcase its recent state.
  2. This yacht will be a great yacht not only for fishing but as a leisure and relaxation platform. Its project name perhaps suggests that it will spend some time in the Caribbean where the draft is important, especially for Bahamas travel. With a draft of under 5.5-feet transiting the very shallow waters of some areas in the Bahamas should not be a concern. Some of these Jarrett Bay sportfisher's have convenient features onboard such as an anti-roll gyro stabilizer. This device will keep unwanted movement to a minimum especially while at anchor.
  3. Jarrett Bay Boatworks has a number of other sportfisher yachts in build alongside Project Caribbean. You will find the 84 Jarrett called 'Reel Development' expected to be completed by August 2020. There is a 67-footer called 'Sea Wish' in build also 'Renegade' a 56-footer. There is also a 64-footer (hull 65) is being offered for sale.
