News: HH Catamarans HH88 Nearing Completion

First HH88 Nears Completion

The flagship of HH Catamarans is the HH88 sailing cat and it is nearing completion. This is the first hull of the 88-foot model. The yacht is anticipated to be launched in late Summer and be delivered this year to its owner. Its construction is fully-carbon and the vessel measures approximately 26.8-meters. The mast is carbon as well and will support 246 sqm of mail sail.

Because sailing is one of the most environmentally friendly ways to travel the seas, motoring or utilizing hotel loads can also be environmentally friendly with the HH88. The yard suggests that owners can choose a hybrid-eco option that incorporates diesel engines or electric motors that can be integrated with batteries and solar panels to lessen the impact of operations on the environment. Accommodation is for up to 10 persons. Up to 4 crew members can be slept onboard too. The HH88 is now the flagship after taking over from the HH77.
