The Asteria 126 has hit the water in China. This is the company's largest launch for the year so far and trumps the 115 "Dopamine" we saw in early January. Besides being the second launch for this yard of the year, the Asteria 126 is the second largest Asteria model the company has on offer to build (at this point) at just above 38-meters.

The 270 GT interior is manifested across three decks with a raised pilot-house design. The exterior design has been done in-house by the yard while the interior is the work of Oceanus Design Co. Below we can glimpse the rendering of one of the cabins onboard. A 7.68-meter beam provides enough space to cater for eight guests in four cabins. The master suite is located on the forward main deck and has ample glazing for the principal onboard to enjoy the world around them.

Power is provided by a pair of CAT C32 ACERT diesels. Since she has not completed her trials as yet the top speed is not yet known. However, the anticipation is that 22-knots will be achieved as the top-end. High-cruising speeds can also be expected with a range of 1,200 nautical miles at 10-knots. These figures will be validated during the sea trials. Delivery is expected to come very soon as well.
