  1. Ferretti Group's CustomLine 106

The Ferretti Group unveiled a couple new models at this year's Miami Yacht Show and one of them was the new CustomLine 106. This is one of the latest additions to the brand's planing line. This planing yacht is anticipated to hit the water later this year as the yard is presently working on the first hull. The design style, as you could guess is by Italian designer Francesco Paszkowski.
  2. Five cabins are onboard for guests to sleep or hideaway. Two doubles and two twins are on the lower deck while the owner gets a full-beam suite on the forward main deck. Of course you can opt for pullmans to be fitted in the guest cabins to increase the capacity. The style and design finish of the interior is a collaboration between Paszkowski and Margherita Casprini and resulted in a mature ensemble that mirrors a similar design philosophy on the CustomLine 120. In fact, overall, the CustomLine 106 appears as a smaller variant of the 120. That aside, guests will relish in the mature, subdued nature of the interior, no bright and whimsical highlights here.
  3. In the engine room the captain will be sending commands to a pair of MTU 16V marine diesels which should be good enough to push to a maximum speed of about 23-knots. You may also be able to get a slightly more powerful engine package that would permit up to 26-knot speeds. The yacht's layout is on three decks and it is being built from fiber glass.
