  1. 58-meter Speculative Codecasa C127 Project Starts Build
Italian yard Codecasa has more news after the successful launching 55-meter superyacht "Framura". The 58-meter Codecasa number C127 is the next new project from this yard. The yard does not have an owner yet so the Codecasa yard is starting the build on speculation and expected to be completed in 2023. The yacht has an exterior design by Fulvio de Simoni.
  2. The yacht's design has not really strayed from the conventional 'Codecasa' look with the only major difference being at the bow where it is a straight design. The straight bow is purposeful though with the design team saying that they opted for a vertical bow in order to lengthen the water lines of the hull. That usually has some benefits like increasing the space towards the bow and it could also improve the speed and performance of the yacht. Internally the yacht will be able to sleep up to twelve guests in six cabins. Power is going to be brought by a pair of CAT 3516E powerplants which are expected to provide close to 20-knots with the semi-displacement hull. At 12-knots the yacht should be able to endure 6,000 nautical miles. Build is expected to be completed in 2023. Compare C127's design to the below Framura.
