  1. 35-meter CLC115 Power Cat By CL Yachts Unveiled
A new power cat may be coming to the market in the future and that addition is coming from the CL Yachts brand, part of the Cheoy Lee yard. The proposal is for a 35-meter power catamaran called the CLC115. The yard is creating the C-Series and this is the first entrant into that new series. The design will be making its debut at the upcoming 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS).
  2. The CLC115 is actually the yards first foray into the multi-hull sector. Since they are not the most experienced at multi-hulls they have enlisted the expert help of InCat Crowther for both the Naval Architecture and the exterior design for the yacht. The interior is the work of the firm SuperTomato Design. The interior calls for an accommodation layout that can sleep up to 12 guests with a full-beam master suite located on the main deck. The master suite besides stretching the full beam of the yacht has a built-in balcony on the port side.
  3. The yacht itself is a power cat with a tri-deck design offering guests ample space. The yacht proposes many great features for the guests. There is a jacuzzi onboard and it is right on the foredeck ahead of the Master suite and is accessed via a starboard side stairway. The jacuzzi is flanked by sunpads as well. A massive layout pad resides on the aft main deck providing a relaxing spot for guests overlooking the stern area between the two hulls. The upper aft deck is the al-fresco dining space and the uppermost aft deck is for storing the yacht's tender and PWC.
  4. Although they yard is not accustomed to building multi-hulls, they are very versed in GRP construction and that is what this yacht would be built from. It is also proposed the yacht will have photovoltaics affixed to the largest upper surfaces to provide some extra electric generation. The hardtop and and the forward area atop the wheelhouse will have the solar panels.
  5. The interior by SuperTomato Design showcases flowing lines with incorporated curves that breaks-up what normally would be squared spaces emphasized by hard straight lines of symmetrical furniture pieces. It is a generally light and neutral palette with splashes of color from key pieces. Large windows that are floor-to-ceiling in some areas provide a wealth of natural lighting to the interior space while affording good views to the exterior.
