  1. New Tradition and Explorer Designs Surface At Cheoy Lee
Cheoy Lee's yacht division has been hard at work behind the scenes developing a new range of yachts. The yard has added new members to the Explorer and Tradition families and the designs to these can be seen on their website. Cheoy Lee has partnered with Overing Yacht Designs to pull together the exterior designs for the new yachts while Sylvia Bolton Design has penned the interiors. The Tradition family is joined by the Cheoy Lee 118 Tradition. This vessel has a five-cabin layout as the standard configuration featuring a main deck master suite with two twins and two doubles on the lower deck for ten (10) guests. A country-style kitchen, salon and master suite are on the main deck. The skylounge and bridge are on the upper deck with a smaller sun deck fitted with jacuzzi and al-fresco dining. The top end of this particular model should be in the 21-knot region.
  2. In the Explorer division there are a number of models to choose from. The 107 Explorer, 126 Explorer, 130 Explorer and the 132 Explorer. Some of these members are presently in build like Hull No. 5218 of the 130 Explorer expecting to deliver by Summer 2022. With an operating draft of 7-feet to 7.5-feet and a fuel capacity of over 10,000 gallons (37,900 LT), she is equally suited to global adventuring and island-hopping in The Bahamas. Accommodating ten (10) guests and 6 to 8 crew, she features a main-deck master and equivalent-sized guest suites that make her an ideal charter vessel.
  3. There is Hull No. 5200 which is a 107 Explorer currently under construction for delivery by late 2022. The 107 Explorer is a five (5) cabin boat capable of sleeping ten (10) guests. The layout for some of the guest cabins is different on this vessel with the master being on the upper aft deck while the VIP is on the main deck. By the end of 2022 we should be seeing this new 100-footer explorer hit the water.
