  1. DOM123 Commences Construction At CCN
The new DOM123 which was introduced earlier this year by Cerri Cantieri Navali (CCN) has now started build. There is no owner (as far as we know) so it is expected that the vessel started construction on spec. The design of the DOM123 is by Stefano Vafiadis. With a semi-displacement hull this model is expected to be able to operate to a 3,000 nautical mile range at a continuous 10 to 12-knots. She is going to be powered by a pair of MTU 16V 2000 M96Ls and run at a top speed of 21-knots.
  2. Onboard you will find a slightly flexible layout for guest accommodation. Either a four or five cabin layout can be available. In the case where the five cabin layout is chosen by a client, the master suite will be situated in the traditional forward on-deck position. Three internal decks exist along with an open-air sundeck. The sundeck is fitted with a jacuzzi on the forward end of it. A small bar is located on the port side while a sofa/settee setup is on the opposite side.
  3. The 37.3-meter vessel is part of a wider DOM series. The DOM series represents a new direction for the CCN yard too. It started out as a concept that was unveiled at the Versilia Yachting Rendezvous in May and now the yard has decided to start construction on it. No timeline was given on when the build is aimed at for completion.
