The first Aston Martin branded AM37 has been delivered to Miami where it will be based. Aston Martin worked closely with Quintessence Yachts to make the the project a reality. Mulder Design also worked in close cooperation with Aston Martin. The first yacht is a sports model which is the higher performing package Aston Martin plans to market. This one has a more powerful engine package featuring a pair of 520 horse power Mercury diesels. They are also offering less powerful 370 horse power Mercury or 430 horse power. There is a Gran Turismo model offered for customers as well.

Construction was done by resin-infused composite materials with important structural members reinforced in carbon fiber for rigidity. Premium materials were utilized on the interior for fitting out to a luxurious standard. Wood, glass, metal and leather have been fashioned around the curves and lines of the 11.28-meter craft. The hull has been finished in a Mako Blue and the interior upholstery echos the hull colour with Cream Truffle and Baltic Blue leather. The owner chose the higher performing 520 horse power engines which provides a top speed of 50-knots.
