Has anyone done a refit on a 43 express. Looking to get rid of EZ2CY on starboard and portside tired of zipper leaks. Like to replace with acrylic windows. Don't need to open them.

If you don't open them, rub old candle wax into the zippers to seal them.
Your install design should of included a cover or flap to cover the zippers.
You may still be able to Velcro down some kind of zipper cover.

Not sure if I understand exactly what you are wanting to do but call Chuck McTavish at Waterway Systems in Sarasota. He made all 4 salon windows for my Viking and I am very pleased. He also does acrylic stuff to I think. Look at his website as well.

I didn’t know if what you were wanting would require a frame or not. I think Waterway Systems can help you and Chuck is great to work with.

Ask around your marina for who does the best enclosure work. If you are wanting to put glass all around like on the new sport models you are probably looking at major structural work and possibly a new hard top. Maybe better to just buy a new boat in that case.
