Too many variables to even guesstimate the costs. DYI, hire a captain... it s about 700/800 NL depending on where in NJ which you didn’t bother mentioning. You didn’t say if the boat was gas or diesel either

Depends on the time of the year too as weather will play a role with a small boat. While you can run the ICW to Norfolk, it s mostly open after that. You can run up the Chesie and down the Delaware but even that can be rough especially the lower Delaware.

if the weather is good you can easily do 120/150nm a day especially in the spring with longer days. So it s a doable in less than a week. Or it could be 2 weeks + with weather delay

You'd be much cheaper if it's a Sundancer to throw it on a truck. A 310 sundancer is going to be very weather dependent and with gas, range dependent also. But yeah. 10 days is a good estimate for running the inside.

Any idea what cost would be to have it taken by truck?

Less than running it, that's for sure. Make a few phone calls to yacht shippers. That's easy enough.

If you don’t have a good referral from someone, Put a bid request on uship.com. Then do your own research on the person who wants the job. Ask for their insurance the morning they pick it up from the insurance company directly. If they have a problem with that request,, there is your answer.
