    Trying to find the W-1 through W-6 running time schedule for these motors. Anyone have a link or information would be appreciated.

    That's actually an old Mercedes engine under an MTU Badge.

    MTU would be happy to tell you what needs doing and when.

    You don't have to use them of course unless there is a warranty which I doubt on those girls. You can just use them for "manufacturer" support.

    I know of a large motoryacht built in the late 80's that uses the 8 cylinder versions for it's gensets, I was recently told that they did some 20,000 hrs before overhaul which is a good run in anyones book they do run at constant speed 1500 rpm and are not turbocharged which probably helps.
