There is a new superyacht marina under construction in Limassol for yachts up to 115m. And of cause the will be appartments/real estates , hotels, cafes and restaurants. First parts of the marine (appartments) are ready for autumn 2012! Interesting, I did a compilation of marinas here in the Caribbean about 4 or 5 years ago but I can't remember where it is, I think it was in response to a person asking about the draft of the marinas in the Caribbean.
