    looking at replacing some of the dimmer knob assemblies that are worn. Anyone have a line on this obscure euro brand?

    Just the knob? You just need shaft size. Good start here;

    Whole dimmer? Look on the back of the pot for its values, something like 30 to 300 ohms. The size of the shaft is needed next. Then shop the web for your rheostat (two terminal) or potentiometer (3 terminal).
    There may even be a part number on the back.
