Just found great program of foreign nationals

I am from the UK and have been working in the US for 2 years. I was looking to buy investment property back home but I'm never there!
Just before christmas I met a great lass in Waxy's and she turned me on to the company she worked for! A real estate office with all British staff? Amazing!
Long story short just closed on my first rental property, with a deal using my bank at home and intrest rate of 1.3% GOD I LOVE THIS COUNTRY.
