    I need to rent a private room in FLL, near IYT.

    It will be for 2 weeks while I'm taking courses.

    Too far from what I'm looking for. I will not be driving and I will have to walk to the area several times a day, all my business will be a bit too far from your location.

    If anybody needs a place to stay while doing courses and training in Fort Lauderdale:
    Got a furnished studio 1.1 miles from MPT http://mptusa.com/ or 1.6 miles from IYT http://www.yachtmaster.com/.
    Also close to LMC, 1.2 miles.

    Also got a 1/1 in the same building for rent. Both are renowated, new paint inside out, new blinds, etc.

    Considering both long term and short term.

    Update on Fort Lauderdale Rentals

    Got both units furnished now:

    Including cable TV and high speed WiFi.
    Pots and pans and sheets, towels, etc.
    Ready to move in short or long term.

    The 1/1 is rented this week, the studio is available.

    I contracted with "Smart Move" to manage and rent out both the studio and the 1 bed room/1 bath apartment.

    Call them and ask to see one of units in 1040
    (The address is 1040 Sw 29th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315)

    River cruise with free beer included on Landlord's boat once a week, docked only 5 mminuttes away from 1040..:cool:
