Hurricane plan suggestions

    We are bringing our sportfish to the east coast from San Diego. We are going to be traveling for most of the summer. We will on,y be in Florida / abacos for June and the rest of the summer will be above NC. How do I write a hurricane plan with a traveling boat?

    Has your insurance Co. asked for it?
    I would come up with a traveling plan and then identify yards that can haul you, and places to run to that you can take shelter.
    Usually if you are above NC, they do not need one, that being said I have had more close calls up in the NE then I ever had in FL.
