    This *was* a houseboat/townhouse at Marina Mar. I'm not sure if it was a victim of the hurricanes... or someone forgot the drain plug. :rolleyes:

    If you haven't been to the re-developed Marina Mar in recent years, it's quite nice. It's a luxury rental community with townhouses & apartments, a full marina, chandlery, clubhouse, restaurant... all located on the New River just minutes from some of the most well known and established yacht refinishing yards in the business.

    However... the rent of this particular townhouse is slightly lower. ;) :D
