Gray water in the Mediterranean

    Greetings
    Im building a 65 foot M/Y for a European customer and was lookign for information on gray water plumbing.
    The boat has a gray water tank for the showers, sinks and related items but does the galley sink need to be plumbed to the gray water tank?

    I looked at MARPOL 77/78 but it seems to lack any detail for galley sinks on smaller vessels,
    If you can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated,
