Project 'ELF' has found a builder to complete the build. A contract signed to complete the vessel at German Naval Yards has been made. The 114-meter yacht with an internal volume of just under 5,000 GT (4,950 GT). The interior has been done by Pindaros while the exterior is a collaboration between Andy Waugh and the same Pindaros. The yacht is expected to sleep 18 guests with a crew set of 38. The pool is probably the the central exterior feature given that it is a gargantuan 20-meters long.

Yeah in theory, but practically...I don't know how you keep that volume water in the pool.
