   Can some one give me assistance I just purchased a 1990 3460 carver santego and I cannot find the fuse panel where do u change the fuse

   Welcome Hiram. I'd be real surprised if you have one. You should have a main breaker panel, and probably a secondary panel with pop breakers. You could have some in line fuses on things like electronics. For those you'll have to trace the wires.
