   Textbook example of the maneuver police use to spin a vehicle. I think it's referred to as PIT; Pursuit Intervention Technique. I think we've all used this maneuver on go-kart tracks.

   Probably the master of the PIT maneuver was Dale Ernhardt, generally heading for the checkered flag.
   
   Sure would like to see video from before and after. Can't tell who was the overtaking vessel, but one of them sure had some explaining to do.
