    Not just petitions. Ever looked at the studies done on jurors? What about the decision making processes of your average voter?
    How someone can get through high school without even basic chemistry is beyond me.

    That remimded me of the guy who was/is mayor in Washington D.C. Marion Barry. Remember the mayor who was cought on tape smoking crack with a hooker in a motel room? He actually was voted back as mayor for another term.
