Anyone know if these fuse holders on an engine room panel are supposed to be lit only if a fuse blows? They appear to have a small bulb of some sort in each. Never seen any of them lit nor finding a source or brand name, for replacements?? On one part of the panel it has, "DDEC" but vessel does not have what at the time were standard Detroits.
