Don Gosling's Leander arrived in Portsmouth this morning and is moored at Gunwharf Quays. Local knowledge suggests that roman Abramovich was onboard last week with the view to buying the vessel. It seems that he likes collecting Super Yachts just as much as collecting expensive footballers. Any truth in this story? :)

It is possible to fit Leander at GWQ. I was down there just before Mirabella V came back for her yearly service. M V is 75m and that is pretty much the largest craft you will get on their outer pontoon. Leander is 75m, so I gues it is possible it is her.

I almost got on Mirabella V as I used GWQ as one of my case studies for my dissertation earlier this year and the Dock Master was a real nice guy who said he may be able to get me on, but alas I had to return to uni for a work deadline :(
(Sorry for going slightly off topic there! )
