Renting half my dock, (75’ total length)
I can take up to a 35’ powerboat, max beam 13.5’.
    5’ draft.
Prefer center console, less windage in a hurricane.
$550 monthly, water included, power as per dedicated dock meter: 30 and 50 amp available, also 15 amps on the pilings.
Security lights and security cameras on duty 24/7.
    Brand new dock, numerous cleats.
    Licensed Captain on the premises.

Address is Guava Isle, up the New River past Davie Blvd bridge, FL 33315.
(Friendly Dock Master, bring beer and bikini girls for a good time)

How am I going to stop by for free Coors Light if the dock is occupied?

The secret is out: Yours truly is a skinny dude because of Coors Light.
Capt Ken is getting there, after he saw the light on my dock:cool:

The dock is rented for now, probably 3-4 months.
A Feadship Capt is renting it for his personal 36’ SF.
Already got him hooked on Coors Light.
My boat only has a 10’ beam, come and raft up Ken if you get thirsty, plenty of room.

Count on it. That's a perfect distance to warm up the engines from my place.
