Disdale suing owners of LA MASQUERADE

    Terence Disdale is suing Coniston Marine for $304,000 as part of his fees for the exterior and interior design of LA MASQUERADE remain unpaid.

    The total design fee was $738,000 and was to be paid as 10% upfront and then 6 stage payments. The last 3 were not paid. Also outstanding is over $56,000 for a wall hanging in the bridge deck wheelhouse and a carpet.

    Hmmm, not that this is of any general interest, but Disdale is also said to be suing the owner of Pelorus for about £750.000 in unpaid fees...?
