Hi, I have actually been on White Rose of Drachs and been shown that very table in operation. The designer for the project I was involved in at the time made some enquiries about getting one, I think the numbers were so large that he was too embarrassed to suggest it to the client.
They are an awesome piece of engineering, and as I understood it (haven't seen one either) but they are very nicely finished, very well built, etc. However the price on them is rather high, all things considered. Perhaps the point in which you are putting it on a 100M boat, cost is the last thing on your mind. Tough problem to have. I guess I'm more of a realist.
