Hey all, In Delta's printed ads, they are trumpeting a new 240' yacht that will be the biggest steel and composite yacht built in the US since the dawn of time (well, since the early 1930's) Anyone heard any poop on this yacht, or better yet, seen any images??? Thanks, Mark
From what I understand, she was launched "on Friday", December 30, I would assume, as this article in Anacortes American came out Wednesday, January 4, '06, (link at http://www.goanacortes.com/articles/2006/01/04/news/news08.txt). There are a couple of small launch/christening photos here but not much else.
She's a beautiful blue hull yacht named LAUREL, there is a picture on another yacht site involved in spotting
Delta's "Laurel" is listed for sale and Ardell has a 44 page PDF describing the yacht in great detail. There are also a great number of photos and full GA drawings.
