    All, I recently purchased a preowned Sabre 40 with a Contoure CMC11040B convection/microwave/grill. It loks to be a great unit for a boat, but I don't have a users manual for it and cannot find one online. Does anyone know where i could but one or be willing to copy theirs from?

    You might contact adventurerv.net as they appear to still have ovens for sale and have been a seller. You might contact Sabre as well. Carver also used some of these I believe.
