    I need help interpreting the below quote. Is she enclasse? Does this have value?

    "Vessel has a Lloyd’s compliancy certificate and is yearly surveyed by Mecal for her Small Commercial Motor Vessel compliancy document"

    I'm not an MCA expert by any means. However, this is what I understand. If in error, anyone feel free to correct me.

    It's an MCA compliance requirement for chartering a boat under 24 meters and carrying no more than 12 passengers. I think generally they're also assigned an area category, 0 to 6, saying where they can operate. That's not the same as being enclass but a system for inspection of smaller vessels.
