I'm currently working for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary as a motorman.

I have NVQ level 2 in marine engineering and marine electrical.
    STCW 111/4 engineering watch rating
    ENG1
    High Voltage competent person
    MCA Proficiency in fire fighting
MCA Proficiency in elementary first aid
MCA Proficiency in personal survival techniques
MCA Personal safety and social responsibilities

    Questions are:-
Would I need a AEC course to even start thinking about working on super yachts as an engineer or would an employer take me on with what I already have?
Do I need to do the AEC course to move on and get an MEOL?

    Many thanks
