hello to all, I have a pair of 3412TA CATS marine engines on my boat and recently needed to change the GP SP Speed sensors 2 on each engine, one is the main and one for back up...now the problem I am habing is because new GP SP 1060543 sensor only came with two wires and this new sensor replaces both old sensors... now.....old sensors had three wires? so I do not know wich wire should I use and wich wire should I left unused .???? anyone have gone thru this already? many thanks for all the help, !!!!

So, you know you have new sensors and not the wrong ones. I guess somebody told you they were new and not where the third wire goes.
It's probably just a drain or ground. You should have two wires numbered and matching numbered wires on the harness.

Seems there may have been some sensor changes after serial number
1EZ3925 But I can not find any details.

You may want to contact Cat Tech directly. Maybe one of the kids her on YF has a schematic.
