    We have 2001 Carver, when attempting to cut and polish to restore paint finish, parts of the boat hull have come up well. Others areas have "stained" the colour of the cutting compound (light green). I have been told that this is a result of a Clear Coat application at some point. Comments and suggestions welcome.
