1998 Aft. 405. Original hot water heater has a very slow leak. Am thinking I would replace it …BUT… it is behind the aft bed headboard and is 16 inches wide and I only have 12 inches of a hole to remove it through. If I were to take a saw to the existing hole I can only cut lower thus cutting into the bed support shelving. The heater was obviously installed before the boat was assembled. Anybody have experience with this .??
I know this is an older post, but did you ever figure a way to remove the old water heater, and get a new one back in???
