    Does anybody have an example of a captains contract for a private yacht that i must supply to the owner.

    Hi, normally this is the other way around that you are presented with a contract?

    But if you have no other options, try to get a copy from Peter at Bluewater or Lars at BCR yachtbrokers. If you don´t know them before, most people can show you where in Antibes they are.

    Contracts

    I have two different contracts. One is a "crew" contract, the other is a "Captain" contract. You can edit either one to suit your needs, but it covers ALL of the bases.
