   It's a sad state of affairs the company that owned the last ever flagged German cruise liner is now opting to register under the Malta flag for tax reasons and the Her Capt being German wanted to keep flying thr flag was duely sacked and at present she is lying in London Docklands in a unoffical capacity for German olympic officials yet her owners deny her Capt to fly the German flag .. shamefull

   Until the port of registry is changed, he is obliged to fly the German flag, it is much more than symbolic.
