Hi Guys, I'm looking for a reliable outfit to buff and wax our hull. It is painted with Awlcraft and I'm hoping to get another year or two out of the it, so I'm looking for someone to make it shine and then protect it. Any suggestions?
I use A Plus detailing and have used them for a decade and their work is always excellent, on time, and their prices are fair. Dave and Scott are the owners and do most of the work themselves. 954-383-4974
Ken, hope this info helps Here's their website (contact us link worked once, now it does not seem to desire to load.): Fort Lauderdale Yacht Detailing P.S.- Notice the word marine, in their name. The business name you gave is in Massachusetts. P.P.S.- It finally loaded: dflood at aplusmarinedetailing dot com
Whatever you do, stay away from a company called Dreamboat something in South Florida. Incompetent and crooked..
Thanks Guys. I emailed him last night and received a prompt reply. I'll let you know how it turns out if I use them.
Hi Ken, If you are looking for something better than "wax", go on Sea-Shield Premium Yacht Detailing Products. this line of product is around 6 years old and perform very well. If you are in South florida, call Jonathan Broughton from Yacht surface Restoration at 1-954-588-4408. Hope that you will find what you are looking for. Gabriel Poirier
I'm too slow with my camera phone. Tender to Rena just buzzed past outside the surf where I'm sitting on FLL beach.
Very impressive. Not only did they do a great job, but they were very accommodating of our schedule; they stepped aside half way through the job in order to allow the yard to perform warranty paint work. I would highly recommend them!
While I'm a bit late, I second that recommendation. They do great work, really care about getting the job right, and their products work.
